About this Programme
CAPE’s Modules for Personal, Organisational and Leadership Development are mostly designed for teachers, therapists, educational leaders and schools in mind, although a few modules may be relevant to parents seeking personal development and/or advice about setting up a home learning programme for their child with additional needs. How long is each module?
The length of each module depends on the content that will be covered. It can be as short as a 1.5-hour webinar conducted online, or of an ongoing nature, depending on the needs of the individual parent, teacher, therapist, leader or school. In the case of workshops for whole groups of teachers or therapists, modules can be delivered over a whole day or over half-days across multiple days during the school’s designated holidays or staff retreat days.
How are training sessions conducted?
Training may be conducted online, face-to-face, or a combination of both, depending on the topic, need and public health regulations.
How often will modules be available in my home country?
if a client is in a country where a trainer or coach is not physically able to visit, training/coaching will be delivered online and at any time mutually agreed upon between the trainer/coach and the client. In countries where a CAPE trainer/coach is present, training/coaching will be made available at regular intervals, depending on the needs of the parent, teacher, therapist, leader or school.
