Empowering growth, resilience, and well-being for every ability

At CAPE, we believe that mental health and meaningful relationships are for everyone – including individuals and couples living with physical, sensory, intellectual, and neurodevelopmental disabilities such as ADHD and Autism. Based in Singapore and Hong Kong, our practice provides inclusive counselling and coaching services that support emotional wellbeing, personal growth, and strong, healthy relationships.

We understand that living with a disability can shape many aspects of life – how we connect, communicate, and experience love and belonging. Our therapists offer individual and couples counselling to help clients and partners navigate challenges such as stress, communication difficulties, intimacy, adjustment to life changes, and the emotional impact of disability.

Our therapeutic environment is accessible, sensory-friendly, and respectful of diverse experiences. We adapt our approaches to meet each client’s communication style, cognitive profile, and cultural background. For couples, we focus on fostering understanding, empathy, and shared resilience – creating space for both partners to be heard and supported.

We also collaborate with families, caregivers, and allied professionals to ensure that each client and/or partner receives coordinated, empowering care.

At CAPE, we are committed to helping you and your loved ones thrive – not just cope. Whatever your story, we’re here to walk with you toward growth, connection, and well-being.
